  1. Provide financial support for Central Canada and national processes/initiatives
  2. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
  3. Track and analyze financial performance against budget and prior year results
  4. Identify and investigate variances to actual results
  5. Develop and implement process improvements to optimize financial operations
  6. Provide financial and business-related analysis to assess the impact of various projects

  1. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders
  2. Assist in the preparation of materials for executive presentations and audit committee meetings
  3. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance

  1. 3-5 years of experience in a relevant financial role
  2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills
  6. University or college degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
  7. CPA designation or enrollment in CPA certification program considered an asset
  8. Experience in logistics considered an asset
