- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customers leave the restaurant satisfied.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and up-to-date information to management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing management with accurate and timely information to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.

- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, physically demanding.
