Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Edo Japan. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, upholding the reputation of Edo Japan.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, supporting informed business decisions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Degree of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Permanent position with a guaranteed minimum of 32-40 hours per week.
- Langue de travail: Anglais.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
