Job Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional customer support to resolve issues and concerns
  • Manage customer accounts, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer onboarding

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or customer onboarding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
