Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Fusion Logistics Networks Inc.
Job SummaryThe Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and prioritize orders and instructions received from customers
- Develop and implement plans to optimize logistics operations
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Track and complete work orders in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics
- Collaborate with production supervisor to schedule production runs and ensure cost and time efficiency
- Prepare and submit reports on logistics operations and performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and other logistics software
The Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently and as part of a team.
