Job Description

At BRIO, we are seeking a highly skilled SMT Equipment Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the management and maintenance of production SMT inspection equipment (AOI, FCT) tooling. The ideal candidate will have experience in AOI/SPI related programming and equipment operation, as well as proficiency in using software tools such as Cam350.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Management and maintenance of production SMT inspection equipment (AOI, FCT) tooling.
2. Programming, debugging, and continuous improvement of SMT testing equipment.
3. Handling test procedures and test tooling and equipment abnormalities in a timely manner to ensure normal production of mass-produced products.
4. Training and safe operation management of operators who produce SMT testing equipment.
5. Workshop MES system maintenance and daily problem handling.

Requirements:
1. More than 1 year experience in AOI/SPI related programming and equipment operation.
2. Proficient in the basic knowledge of various electronic components and testing and debugging solutions for devices and welding effects.
3. Proficiency in using software tools such as Cam350, office, etc., with a certain foundation in analog and digital electronics.
4. Proficiency in programming, maintenance, operation, and maintenance of AOI/SPI equipment from related brands such as Telekom, Heli, Stech, etc., as well as Meizhute FCT equipment.
5. College degree or above, majoring in electronic information, communication engineering, electrical automation, computer, etc.
