About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our Marine Group team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in elevating our brands through strong last mile marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand activations that aim to fuel demand for our powersport products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop 360-degree last mile marketing strategies tied to market reality and business priorities.
  • Develop last mile, dealer content, and promotional assets based on business priorities for the year, taking into account Marine's marketing strategies and go-to-market plan.
  • Ensure integration with the overarching holistic plan for the Marine brands (Sea-Doo, Manitou, and Alumacraft), including aligning objectives, strategies, tactics, and KPIs.
  • Lead creative projects in collaboration with agencies and key stakeholders, including briefing, creative development, production, in-market, and postmortem.
  • Actively participate in developing brand content (videos, photos, promotional material, social posts, website content, dealer tools, etc.).
  • Ensure all content strictly complies with visual brand identity guidelines and ensures a consistent appearance of the brand throughout its global channels and funnels.
  • Bring innovative ideas to elevate consumer experience rooted in Marine branding and values.
  • Manage and coordinate projects on budget, within resources, and on time.
  • Build strong connections and collaborate with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing a budget in support of marketing and event plans.
  • Excellent ability to develop and communicate marketing strategy and plans.
  • Ability to produce marketing messages with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or unilingual English on a daily basis.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills to manage timelines as well as balance coordinator duties along with additional expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong project and change management experience.
  • Creative and passionate about strong brand image.
  • Result-driven, with strong analytical skills.
  • Experienced in brief writing and providing clear and actionable feedback.
  • Rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Good at multitasking and managing projects.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
