Salon Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Regis Canada. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading our salon team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.

• Lead and manage the salon team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality hair care services.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop salon staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Manage salon operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

• Current cosmetology or barber license.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
• Ability to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions.
