Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As an IAM Process Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and maintaining our enterprise-wide IAM process models, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive IAM process models, including Access Attestation and Remediation, Access Request and Provisioning, Privileged Access Management, Authorization, and Authentication.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to project teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Maintain roles and responsibilities documentation for all IAM stakeholders, utilizing the IAM RACI and Target Operating Model (TOM) documentation.
Requirements
  • At least 45 years of experience in IAM process modeling and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of IT risk and controls, with a strategic mindset and excellent knowledge of the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
