Job Overview
Spectacokids is a leading provider of pediatric speech therapy services, seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to join our team as Speech-Language Pathologists. Our SLPs work collaboratively with clients and their families to provide high-quality speech therapy in-centre or home-based settings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with communication disorders.
- Provide one-on-one speech therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to promote language development and literacy skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards and requirements.
- Supervise and mentor support staff, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
- Experience working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
