Senior Tax Analyst

Job Summary:
As a Senior Tax Analyst at FedEx, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and classifying tax obligations in accordance with state, federal, and international laws. You will participate in Canadian tax audits and collaborate with the business on all Canadian tax matters relating to the FedEx Canada group of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze tax obligations to ensure compliance with state, federal, and international laws
- Participate in Canadian tax audits and collaborate with the business on all Canadian tax matters
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities
- Provide tax advice and guidance to the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance
- 4 years of experience in accounting, with direct experience working in Canadian Tax
- Accreditation as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered General Accountant (CGA), or Chartered Management Accountant (CMA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in PeopleSoft and Oracle

Additional Information:
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities. The candidate must also be able to work in a bilingual environment (French and English) if residing in the province of Quebec.
The candidate will be required to undergo a thorough evaluation process, including a review of their driving record, interview, and evaluation of their driving skills.
