Commercial Insurance Specialist

We're seeking a Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you'll own and support client relationships, understanding their business needs to provide effective insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Cultivate client relationships by providing consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service
  • Manage policy renewals, policy changes and cancellations
  • Work closely with our industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for our clients
  • Always uphold a client-first focus through the claims process

Requirements:
  • Sincere and personable, with strong verbal communications skills
  • Building authentic relationships comes naturally
  • Master time manager, able to multi-task and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
  • Ready to pivot and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bonus 3 years of Commercial experience with Level 2 license, CAIB, CRM or CIP designation insurance
