About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer to join our team at Anecca Ideas Corp. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's website and other web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements and develop detailed documentation to ensure successful project execution.
  • Design and Development: Create mock-ups and storyboards to visualize website concepts, source and organize information for inclusion, and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website.
  • Content Creation: Develop and optimize content for the website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and perform security and quality controls to ensure the website meets our high standards.
  • Software Development: Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale to ensure their website meets their evolving needs.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, MS Windows, Spreadsheet, and WordPress.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail while sitting for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, initiative, organized, team player, creativity, integrity, and accountability.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in web development.
  • Workplace Information: Hybrid work environment, permanent employment, English language, and 37.5 hours per week.
