Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Labourer - Food and Beverage Processing to join our team at Monte Cristo Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food processing equipment and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain food processing equipment, including mixing and grinding machines
  • Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of processing machines
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a food processing environment is an asset
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
