  6. Familiarity with Cisco UCS environments, including failover strategies and load balancing.
  7. Experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing effective break-fix solutions.
  8. Networking expertise, high availability solutions (such as Veritas Cluster Solution), and scripting capabilities (Shell and Python), along with web services management.
  9. Knowledge of server builds and orchestration using VMware and Nutanix technologies.
  10. Competence in database management, build environments (Ant, Maven), DevOps practices, and automation processes, as well as server hardware and storage solutions.
  11. Ability to analyze error logs, system performance metrics, and user data to maintain optimal usability and reliability.
  12. Implement clustering strategies to streamline administrative tasks.
  13. Experience with client-server architectures facilitating both one-to-one and one-to-many connections.
  14. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Remedy.
  15. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams, along with mentoring capabilities.
  16. Thorough understanding of ITIL methodologies.
  17. Exceptional communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • RHEL-7 certification.

Experience Requirement: A minimum of 5-10 years in Linux administration roles.

Availability: Willingness to provide 24/7 support on a rotational basis.
