About the Role

Finnie Distributing (1997) Inc. is seeking a skilled Factory Labourer to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Check and weigh materials and products, and sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products as required.
  • Assistance: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as needed to ensure efficient production.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Transportation: Ensure timely and safe transportation of materials and products within the facility.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
  • Education and Experience: Willingness to learn and train on the job.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, reliability, and a team player attitude.
