Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Truck Dispatcher Coordinator at Alberta Ltd O/A Dreamway Carrier. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews, ensuring seamless transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vehicle operator schedules and work orders to optimize routes and reduce delays
  • Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, prioritizing safety and efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, including mileage, fuel use, and repairs
  • Process and transmit information to coordinate activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
