About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Pinheiro's Janitorial Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a dust-free environment
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean environment for users
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Provide basic information on facilities to clients and visitors
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning or janitorial role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
