We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at ThinkTech Software Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including website and social media platforms.
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a software industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
