Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at INAYAT & SONS RETAIL INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Assign tasks and duties to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including completing reports and maintaining daily log books.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
