About the Role
  • Design, install, commission, service, and troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic automated equipment in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Perform robotic programming for robot manufacturers such as Fanuc, ABB, Kawasaki, Yaskawa, and Nachi, including offline programming, robot commissioning, robot communication setup, robot path programming, and robot safety setup.
  • Debug, test, and verify I/O signals and interference zones in the system.
  • Develop and implement engineering best practices, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
  • Travel to customer facilities (locally and internationally) and introduce programming enhancements to optimize robotic systems.
  • Address application requirements/set up robotic functions for washing, welding, joining, sealing, inspection, material handling, vision guidance systems, and vision quality assurance systems.
  • Provide detailed documentation of robotic procedures, shift notes, and customer documentation.
  • Train end-users in robotic operation, offering instruction, advice, and feedback to minimize downtime and expedite full productive capacity.
What We're Looking For
  • Experienced Experts: Leverage your Electrical Engineering/Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Robotic Studies education and 5+ years of experience in designing, installing, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic automated equipment in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
