Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Lead to join our team at CB Canada. Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business partners, technical teams, and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans, and allocate resources.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate project risks and ensure that projects are delivered successfully.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Science or Engineering, or a Diploma in Applied Science and Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology and infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
