Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at The Hospitality Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers while maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and ensure timely restocking of shelves.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to drive sales.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail or supervisory experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
