Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that all inventory is properly managed and accounted for.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, as well as prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that all financial aspects of the business are properly managed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: On-site customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding work.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
