Are you an experienced Automation Technician looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario.
This role involves working with industrial equipment, coding, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, and experience with inkjet printers, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with inkjet printers, including mechanical problems, ink flow issues, and software-related issues.
- Work with mechanical components of inkjet printers, including print heads, ink delivery systems, and conveyor systems.
- Diagnose and fix electrical issues with inkjet coding systems, including wiring, sensors, control panels, and circuitry.
- Use computer software and interfaces associated with inkjet coding systems, including printer control software, coding software, and production line management systems.
- Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions to ensure optimal performance of inkjet coding systems.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematic drawings for setup and troubleshooting.
- Strong sense of personal accountability towards meeting deadlines.
- Possess a valid Ontario driver's license.
