Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our locations, providing a safe and healthy environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer service, providing friendly and efficient interactions with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
  • Inspect and maintain all assigned areas, including corridors, to ensure they are clean, neat, and sanitary, in compliance with accurate preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Use judgment to determine the most effective cleaning techniques and methods to achieve desired results.
  • Demonstrate efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions, as observed by supervisors.
  • May disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides and sterilizing equipment.
  • Employ universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials.
  • Keep carts properly stocked with equipment and cleaning supplies, ensuring all chemicals are accurately labeled, and all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Promote effective interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships, maintaining professional conduct at all times.
  • Assist in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department.
  • Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and competence by adherence to component and departmental training commitments.

Requirements:

  • Past cleaning experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
  • Ability to respond effectively to changing demands.

This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Pay Rate: $20.00
