We are committed to innovation, creativity, and excellence, making us a sought-after destination worldwide.

The Role

We seek an experienced Studio Manager to lead operations at our dual-soundstage facility. This role encompasses managing both Virtual Production LED volume and traditional soundstage, along with various bookable support rooms. Beyond facility management, the position extends to office administrative responsibilities, ensuring flawless execution of all studio operations. The successful candidate will be a pivotal figure in maintaining our studio's reputation for excellence and supporting groundbreaking content creation.

Please note this position cannot accommodate remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of both soundstages, including scheduling, maintenance, and readiness.
  • Manage the booking, use, and upkeep of support rooms, optimizing their availability and functionality.
  • Facilitate hiring, training, and scheduling of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations for traditional and virtual production environments.
  • Handle office administrative duties, including shipping, couriers, organizing materials, and contract management.
  • Ensure production needs are met and facilitate a seamless experience.
  • Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, quality of service, and studio competitiveness.
  • Manage financial aspects of studio operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Oversee aesthetic updates and renovation projects.
  • Interface with HR in regards to studio staff management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, adopting new technologies and practices to keep the studio at the forefront.
  • Implement and oversee an inventory management system.
