Bread Maker

Cobs Bread is seeking a skilled Bread Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes. You will also operate machinery, requisition materials, and train staff to ensure high-quality products meet established standards.

As a Pastry Specialist, you will prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays. You will also oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods, as well as prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

The ideal candidate will have experience with dough preparation, pastry production, and quality control. You will work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production schedules and ensuring high-quality products.
