Senior Manufacturing Technology Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manufacturing Technology Engineer to join our team at Entegris in Toronto. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and implementing world-class manufacturing processes, focusing on safety, service, quality, and agility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate existing processes and implement new automation techniques to improve process flow, quality, and first-pass yields.
  • Create and revise process instructions and train production staff on standard operating procedures.
  • Lead lean-sigma projects to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, and cost effectiveness.
  • Promote the use of continuous improvement tools to eliminate non-value-added activities.
  • Work with production personnel to attain 100% on-time shipping performance by eliminating quality issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Proven success working with all levels across an organization, including external contacts.
  • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process engineering.
