About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Trainee to join our team at J & S Cabinet Doors Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Carpenter Trainee, you will be responsible for preparing layouts in accordance with building codes, measuring and cutting materials, and assembling and joining wood and other materials. You will also be required to fit and install windows, doors, and other components, as well as schedule and coordinate work on sites.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the construction industry
Work Setting:
Our Carpenter Trainee will work in various locations, including construction sites and our workshop. The role requires strong physical capabilities and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
