Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Richelieu Hardware Ltd. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our business objectives by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a generalist to analyze needs and/or specific situations requiring the involvement of the HR team.
  • Recommend best management practices by exercising your advisory role in human resources with managers and employees across all our divisions.
  • Participate in the development and deployment of HR projects, processes, and best practices in line with the company's culture and vision.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management.
  • 5 to 7 years of work experience as an HR generalist.
  • In-depth knowledge of all human resources functions.
  • Understanding of strategic and operational issues to support our internal policies and processes.
  • Good knowledge of the laws and regulations of Ontario.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
  • Work experience with an HRIS (knowledge of the ADP-WorkForceNow system is an asset).
  • Be a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (an asset).
  • Bilingualism (French and English) both written and spoken (an asset).
