Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary Generalist to join our team. As a Generalist Educator, you will play a critical role in supporting the educational needs of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to provide instruction and support to students in a variety of subjects, including English, mathematics, science, and social studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
  • Provide support to students with special needs and English language learners
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in education
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field
  • Provincial certification in Elementary Education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
