Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at FreshCo. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage the Pharmacy Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of pharmacists and support staff
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their full potential
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and care
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage Pharmacy Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
    • Ensure that all pharmacy operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Drive Sales and Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and growth in the pharmacy
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements
