We are seeking an experienced painting professional to join our team at Western Construction Group Ltd. This is a permanent position offering 30 hours of work per week.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and decorating, with experience working in various locations and handling different types of surfaces and materials.
- Prominent skills required include attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colors, and physical stamina for bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- The successful candidate will also possess excellent client focus, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork abilities.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding them.
- Mix paint to the desired color and texture.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Repair cracks and holes in surfaces.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
This role offers an estimated salary of $25-$35 per hour, depending on location and experience.
