Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead a team of customer service coordinators in managing B2B customer accounts.
  • Coach, guide, and provide performance feedback to ensure CSCs meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within the customer service team.
