**Job Description**
At Polytainers Inc., we are seeking an experienced B2B Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer service team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing a team of customer service coordinators.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead a team of customer service coordinators in managing B2B customer accounts.
- Coach, guide, and provide performance feedback to ensure CSCs meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for growth and development within the customer service team.
