Job Title: Truck Driver

Armstrong FoodService is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods to various locations
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
  • Manage driver logbook and inspection reports
  • Communicate with central dispatch and relay information
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
Requirements:
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

As a Truck Driver with Armstrong FoodService, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will be required to work 40 to 42.5 hours per week.
