Job Title: Farm Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Farm Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of crops, as well as managing a team of farm workers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
- Maintain financial and production records
- Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
- Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- Maintain work records and logs
- Hire and train staff
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Perform general farm duties

Work Environment:
