Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Law Legal Advisor to join our team. As a Civil Law Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to clients on various aspects of civil law, including contract disputes, liability claims, and real estate disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on civil law matters, including contract disputes, liability claims, and real estate disputes.
  • Draft contracts, settlement agreements, complaints, and other legal documents necessary for case management.
  • Ensure the complete management of client files, ensuring that all documents are properly organized, updated, and ready for hearings or negotiations.
  • Negotiate out-of-court settlements with opposing parties to avoid lengthy and costly lawsuits, while protecting clients' interests.
  • Represent clients in civil court, using expertise to achieve the best possible results.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their files and answering their questions with clarity and empathy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil law.
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal situations and propose innovative solutions to resolve civil disputes.
  • Rigor, sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent negotiating skills and ability to collaborate with other team members.
  • Proficiency in technological tools for case management and legal research.
