Key Holder

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Keyholder to join our team at Value Buds Bloor Street West location in Toronto, ON. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is in top condition, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and build relationships to understand their needs
- Facilitate a welcoming atmosphere and educate customers about our products
- Participate in merchandising and promotional activities to promote our brand
- Work with Store Managers and team members to generate sales and maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Complete customer transactions and adhere to cash and Loss Prevention procedures

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of retail and/or hospitality experience
- Cannabis, liquor, or healthcare experience is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Cann Sell certification
- Must complete and pass a Criminal Record Check
- Working knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in Ontario
