As a Business Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our business functions and driving end-to-end project delivery with a focus on data analytics, business and IT stakeholder management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Support business units in gathering requirements and visualizing information depending on the project stage
- Perform various activities during the project lifecycle, including testing and business analysis
- Develop and create innovative solutions to critical business or organizational data issues
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies
- Manage competing priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst driving end-to-end project delivery
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel skills
- Previous experience in project management and tracking project progression
- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and work well with business partners at different organizational levels
- Exceptional leadership skills to review processes and procedures to create efficiencies, eliminate duplication, and provide organizational support to achieve business objectives
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or another related field
The interview process will consist of a 45-minute video interview with a Hiring Manager and 1-2 managers. The first 15 minutes will be an introduction to the role and company, followed by abstract questions to assess the candidate's mentality and ability to switch quickly.
