We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our team at TalentMinded Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial health and sustainability of our organization.

The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting functions, ensuring the fiscal health and sustainability of the organization. This includes strengthening and supporting the organization's risk management program, leading the Finance team, and taking ownership of reporting and auditing.

• Lead the implementation of external audit recommendations and report regularly to the CEO and Board of Directors on progress achieved.
• Work with the CEO to lead the organization's annual external audit process, as well as funder-specific external audits, and financial monitoring activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a risk management framework, with input, involvement, and approval from the Audit, Investment and Risk Committee.
• Prepare risk identification reports, monitor risks, and work with the CEO and Board of Directors to take appropriate action.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Excel, analytical reporting tools, and accounting systems. You will also need to have a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, maintain focus, and have a high degree of accuracy while working with complex information and financial data.
