We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team at Nicola Wealth Management Ltd.
This is a key role that will drive financial modernization and process improvements by creating and managing financial models, overseeing the annual and quarterly forecasting process, and providing financial information, forecasting, and analysis to guide decision-making and set strategy.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis, leveraging new finance platforms to create dynamic reporting for scenario, sensitivity analysis, and valuation, as well as serving as a strategic Finance Business Partner.
- Work closely with the Finance Team and Leads across the organization to plan and develop budgets, short and long-range planning, and create and manage financial models.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence and Reporting Team to compare data to competitors and industry trends, and create visualizations to effectively communicate findings to the organization.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, analyzing results and making recommendations.
- PARTICIPATE IN THE IMPROVEMENT OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND PERFORMANCE BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND GUIDANCE.
