Job Title: Adjoint(e) service client et e-commerceDescription:

Artemis Recrutement est à la recherche d'un(e) adjoint(e) service client et e-commerce pour une entreprise canadienne bien établie basée à Montréal. Notre client cherche une personne dynamique et motivée, dotée d'excellentes compétences en communication et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément, tout en offrant un service de qualité au public.

Responsabilités:
  • Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients E-com;
  • Traitement des retours pour les clients du détail et de l'E-com;
  • Répondre au téléphone;
  • Effectuer toutes les autres tâches de bureau demandées.
Exigences:
  • Diplôme de niveau post-secondaire;
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite;
  • Bilingue (français/anglais);
  • Excellentes compétences informatiques (Excel/Word);
  • À l'aise au téléphone;
  • Expérience du service à la clientèle un atout;
