About This Role

As a Staff Data Engineer, you will lead a multidisciplinary agile team in building high-quality data pipelines driving analytic solutions across the enterprise. You will have a deep understanding of data architecture, data engineering, data analysis, and reporting, as well as basic knowledge of data science techniques and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and operate modern data architecture approaches to meet key business objectives and provide end-to-end data solutions.
  • Contribute to building generic frameworks for data ingestion, data processing, and data integrations.
  • Implement standard methodologies for software design, architecture, and implementation.
  • Implement monitoring tools/processes to ensure platform stability and operational SLAs.
  • Extend DevOps capabilities for deploying data solutions.
  • Act as a data owner and functional data SME for the assigned area.
  • Deliver and support software and data engineering capabilities.
  • Design and develop software with strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with cloud services on Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms.
  • Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, dbt, and Snowflake.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes.
  • Strong communication skills with comfort speaking with business partners.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience, based on national averages in the United States.
