Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to ensure the smooth operation of our dining establishment.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, as well as supervise staff in maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to new employees on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Accurately forecast ingredient and supply needs to ensure minimal waste and optimal inventory management.
  • Ensure that Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Conduct regular checks to guarantee that food meets quality standards and that customers receive exceptional service.
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly to customer complaints, addressing issues and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Keep accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit reports on key performance indicators, including sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Supervise and Check Assembly of Trays: Ensure that trays are assembled efficiently and accurately, meeting quality control standards.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced dining establishment.
