About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Beneficiary Attendant to join our team at Cogir Immobilier. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and accompany residents in getting around, promoting their independence and mobility.
  • Monitor residents' mental and physical health, reporting any changes to the on-call nurse.
  • Contribute to the development and adjustment of residents' action plans, based on your observations and insights.
  • Provide proactive support and assistance to residents, enhancing their quality of life.
  • Adhere to standards and regulations, ensuring the highest level of care and compliance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies.
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide health and hygienic care, maintaining residents' dignity and integrity.
  • Respond to emergency situations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our residents.

Requirements

  • PDSB training and up-to-date CPR/AED certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Patience, empathy, and a sense of listening and consideration.
