The Role:

This position entails driving community growth across various platforms, including Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, TikTok, and others. You'll be responsible for engaging and retaining both recreational and professional drone pilots, ensuring their long-term commitment to our ecosystem. Your role will also involve developing and sharing content that clearly explains our technology and earning opportunities, building trust and awareness within the community. Additionally, you'll plan and execute events that strengthen community bonds, drive participation, and attract new members to our ecosystem. As a liaison between the community and internal teams, you'll ensure valuable feedback is integrated into product and marketing strategies to align with user needs.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Developing strategic plans to engage and grow our community across multiple platforms.

2. Recruiting and retaining drone pilots, ensuring their long-term engagement with the community.

3. Creating and sharing content that explains our technology and earning opportunities.

4. Planning and executing virtual and in-person events that strengthen community bonds.

5. Integrating community feedback into product and marketing strategies.
