Job Title: Front End Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front End Supervisor to join our team at Trusted Touch Esthetics Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Front End Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate coverage of the sales floor
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet the needs of the store
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Client focus and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
Work Environment:

The Front End Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a high level of customer traffic. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours:

The Front End Supervisor will work 40 hours per week.
