We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technologist to join our team at Riverbend Veterinary Hospital. As a key member of our veterinary care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our veterinarians and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinarians with physical examinations, patient assessment, and medical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and test results
  • Provide compassionate care to hospitalized patients and their owners
  • Assist with surgical procedures, including preparation, assisting, and patient recovery
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
  • Problem-solve and seek guidance from veterinarians and other team members as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary care techniques and technologies
