Job Title: Solicitor

About the Role:

We are working with a thriving full-service local law firm, now looking for a Solicitor to join their existing Business team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of post-call experience handling commercial transactions, corporate reorganizations, commercial leasing, real estate, and banking/financing matters with a demonstrated ability to conduct files from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling commercial transactions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial leasing matters
  • Conducting files from start to finish with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working closely with the Business team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • At least two years of post-call experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law and business practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
